My family had a disappointing experience at Shubh Sarvdrishti Eye Hospital. Despite the hospital having a good name and reputation in Gaya, the staff behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. There seems to be no proper system or management in place, which leads to confusion and unnecessary delays for patients. A hospital, especially one dealing with sensitive care like eye health, must prioritize patient experience, discipline, and organized service. Unfortunately, this was missing here. It's important to remember that a strong name can attract people, but if proper care isn’t taken, that reputation can quickly decline. Hope the management takes this seriously and works on improving staff behavior and overall patient handling. Quality care should come with quality service.

They took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and the treatment procedure, ensuring that I was fully informed every step of the way. Everything are good except time taken in doctor appointment, I honestly told that this type of facilities are Available in gaya city which is remarkable. You should go to this hospital in any eye problem. Dr Bharat is best for OPD type patient & Dr Gautam are best for surgery here and all other doctors are good but I don't have any doctor appointment except him.
