ASG Eye Hospital, Hajipur

Need to work on the operation to reduce the wait time. overall hospital is good but it need to improve in compare to other hospital in new India. Also need to work on the transparency like not sharing the reports and keeping it with hospital. Patients need to know and have all report. Can we used in other state hospitals

Very bad experience. That old fellow Rizvi didn't listen to my concern in regards to the problems with my eye and he was done within a minute. Don't know what the hurry was. Always thought will have my treatment at my hometown not in NCR but that was a nightmare. Seemed to me like a family business in ASG Hajipur🫤. Got myself treated back in Delhi. If you can afford go to some other locations of ASG but Hajipur.

Best doctor and maneger As well as totally staff . Very nit and clean hospital.

Consultation fees 350 Free visit for 15 days. Dr. Naushad Rizvi is an experienced and renowned doctor, consultant chamber is at ground floor beside reception counter. Neat and clean hospital with good staffs. Some place Ac working some place not. After registration one has to go at 2and floor for eye checkup.

I had a very bad experience with ASG Eye Hospital in Hajipur. My mother underwent pterygium eye surgery there, but the procedure was not performed properly. When we raised our concerns, the hospital provided unconvincing explanations and suggested another surgery. Even after the second surgery, her condition did not improve. Her eye remained swollen for 3-4 months, and the same issues persist to this day. The doctors at this hospital seem to treat people's eyes like toys. Dr. Mehnaz Sabah performed the surgery on my mother twice on the same eye, as though experimenting with her health. Another doctor, Dr. Naushad Raja Rizvi, whom we consulted multiple times regarding the complications, dismissed the issues as normal, which is unacceptable. I want to ask ASG Eye Hospital: if you cannot provide competent eye specialists, why are you allowing such surgeries to take place? Please stop playing with people's lives and health. During my visits to the hospital, I noticed that patients are treated poorly, as if they are insignificant. It seems the hospital primarily operates in Bihar to target poor patients using Ayushman cards, knowing they might not have the means to hold the hospital accountable for negligence. I request ASG Eye Hospital to take immediate action—either replace the doctors at the Hajipur branch or revoke their licenses. These doctors are not capable of performing eye surgeries. Due to their incompetence, my mother's condition has worsened, and we have wasted both time and money. She is still unable to open her eye in the morning without using medicine, even 4-5 months after surgery. If no action is taken, I will escalate this matter to higher medical authorities for investigation and resolution.

Well Maintained & Very Neat n clean hospital in town All staff and authority are very supportive Doctor's are very generous n supportive too

My grand mother riggt eye operation good trement .staffs are well behaved , ambience & cleanliness,hygenic are well maintained . Specially I would like to mention the name of Dr. Mehnaz sabha /sir who has given me best eye care service.Thanks a lot sir

The hospital is full of illiterate doctors…please don’t visit this hospital….they will damage your eye..my mother did go through a Motiyabind surgery 1 months ago and has lost her vision. Damage the cornia. Very very Bad hospital...
