Great service? Good behavior from all staffs

Your staff is like my family. Very very good service.

The staff is oversmart here. They think that the customer doesn't have status to buy anything from lenskart and he just came for timepass. If you ask any question to the staff, they gets irritated and make joke on customer in front of him. If you ask them for eye test, they say they don't have time for you and they won't do it. Some kind of overconfidence they have. Perhaps they think they are very rich people because they are working in lenskart and each and every customer is poor in front of them. Let me clarify, as a customer, we don't care whom you work for. We visited lenskart in the hope that, as we are paying our hard earned money, so the staff will tell us all the options that the company offers and help us to choose the best product for us and we will get a good experience. But it happened totally opposite. It's better to visit some local shop. I agree that they don't have much options but they never disrespect their customer. Rather they give a warm welcome to their customers.

The behavior of the sales girl and the staffs is very good , and they are very friendly. She helped us to select the Goggles and their products are very noiceeee🐸🩵

Some of the staff are rude and don,t have any product to show to the customer and talk like a irriated person change the staff or trained them
