Hi team, I like to inform you formally that today my father reached the hospital for an eye operation. After completing all the formalities, my father said that he would pay for the operation using PMJY smart card. But the staff refused, saying that the operation cannot be done using smart cards. Then later they said that the operation will be done but by hands and not by machine, and that too will take 3 to 4 days. Are you people running this trust for public convenience or to harass them? On the one hand, the government is promising free treatment up to Rs 5 lakhs every year to the poor and issuing cards, on the other hand, hospitals like yours are rejecting it and asking them to pay Rs 16,000/ in cash. Hospital staffs are very humble and polite. But they take too much time to complete the surgery and it may take upto 8 hours even if you have appointment. However the surgery only take 30 minutes but the qeue is very long. Very slow service
