I scheduled an appointment on Lybrate for 11-11:30 am, arrived at 10:30 am, but the doctor wasn't available. The receptionist claimed they had no record of my online appointment, and the doctor would only see old prescriptions after 12 noon. They insisted on upfront fees, leading me to leave to avoid a lengthy wait. Why offer online appointments if they can't honor them, disregarding patients' time and concerns? The staff's superiority complex and lack of empathy left me utterly disappointed.
