Very poor management, no coordination between staffs. If you are seeking ayushman card benefit you have to wait for 4 hours to get regular check up.

Whole hospital is good but behaviour or her staff arti is so misbehaving with Patient Keep eye on this for this I shall be obliged to you

Hospital is good but Staff Behaviour is too Rude & highly egoistic, Specially the older Lady who sits on reception, she behave like god or something, I asked some simple questions and she behaves like she is the only one and this is the only hospital in Muzaffarpur -_! This will Tarnish the image of a Prestigious Institute like Nayandeep. I am usually went there for any Eye related issues but I will never ever recommend this to anyone. Better to Visit ASG Which is Affordable Than This and Doctor as well Staff is Very Cooperative.

Very bad experience with the staffs...the person sitting at the reception is very rude...also the telephone number mentioned is of no use...you keep on calling and there is no one to pick the phone....after several times if you are lucky then someone will pick the phone but will hang up without any conversation....the doctor is very good but the staffs are destroying the image of the clinic.... It is my request to the management that such rude staffs should be identified and their overhauling is needed....otherwise reputational image is in danger ....

The ladies who sit on the phone She is uneducated Ask for the spelling of the patient's name and write it down and they have no manner to talk I think her name is baby so I request to management please improve it

The hospital is good but the staff aren't. They don't have manner to talk to the patient. One side where patient save his earning to consult or operate from a doctor and facing eye problem, the staff treat you like the roadside begger. They shout on you like they are only option available. Either change your staff or change their behaviour.

I am visited to nandeep netralye meet to Dr. Sulabh chinna this one is the very good dr. In muzaffarpur & also he have a very good natur of Mr. Sonu Kumar thakur and also he was very helpful parson I am recommend of any patient that this is very beautiful hospital ni mujaffarpur nandeep netralye

Very bad attitude...money minded... Doctor is very ill mannered ..even after cataract surgery done in 2016 vision problem is persistent and he blames on power of glasses that is prescribed in his own hospital. Worst behaviour
