I want to thank Tej Narayan Sir from the bottom of my heart. For me, you are a god in the form of a doctor. God may be in the heavens, but on earth, it is doctors who are like gods — that’s what I truly believe. My baby was in the NICU for 18 days and was in a very serious condition, but Tej Narayan Sir gave my baby a second life. Today, my child is completely healthy and has returned home. The staff at Phular Hospital is good and very cooperative. All the NICU members are kind and take great care of the babies. From the reception to the housekeeping team, everyone is excellent. However, one issue I faced was with the HR Madam — her way of speaking is not at all appropriate. That’s the only part of my experience I would like to point out. Phular Hospital is the best, and the most amazing part is that it’s in Muzaffarpur. There is no need to go to Mumbai or Delhi anymore for such treatment. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Tej Sir.

But thanks to Tej Narayan Sir, my baby got a second chance at life. Today, my little one is completely healthy and back home! The staff at Phular Hospital is super supportive and caring. The NICU team, the reception people, even the housekeeping staff — everyone is amazing. Only one thing I didn’t like: the HR Madam. Honestly, her way of talking wasn’t polite at all. That’s the only negative point I felt. Otherwise, Phular Hospital is top-notch! And the best part — it’s right here in Muzaffarpur! No need to rush to Delhi or Mumbai anymore for good treatment.

To my doctor Dr. Priya mam Thank you for being a blessing in my life I want to take a moment and let know how much you are appreciated. Your scolding and your explanation wear very special to me. You are a true angel to me, and I am more grateful to you than word can express few people possess the considerate, unselfish, loving heart that you have and ever fewer are willing to give so much themselves. I thank you for your kindness and for being the wonderful, amazing person you are (best regards shalini shalu) I know I am blessed to have you in my life ❤️

My baby was admitted due to jaundice, and as a mother l was extremely worried. However, Dr Tej provided the best possible treatment. The overall experience at Phular Hospital was disappointing. While the staff was polite with the patient, their behavior towards the patient's parents and relatives was rude and unprofessional. It was disheartening to see a lack of empathy and respect towards the family members who were simply concerned and anxious. The hospital should seriously work on training its staff to treat everyone with dignity and courtesy.
