To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent experience my mother and sister had at your health facility during their scheduled health check-up. Despite arriving as advised and completing the required procedures, they faced several serious issues that must be addressed: Lack of Proper Facilities and Guidance: There was no clear direction provided for patients, and the entire process was disorganized and confusing. This caused significant stress and inconvenience. Violation of Privacy During ECG: It is extremely disappointing to note that while undergoing ECG, no privacy was maintained for female patients. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where dignity and confidentiality should be a priority. No Reports Received: To date, we have not received any health reports from the check-up. This defeats the entire purpose of the visit and raises questions about the facility’s efficiency and reliability. No Response to Calls: We have attempted to reach out multiple times by phone to inquire about the reports, but our calls have gone unanswered. This lack of communication is highly irresponsible. This experience reflects poorly on the standards of service being provided. I request that immediate action be taken to send the pending health reports, and steps be taken to ensure such issues—especially concerning patient privacy and service quality—are not repeated in the future. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

The staff here behave very rudely. Many people asked why they had to pay such a high bill for what reason. Please give the details and the staff started screaming. Very bad service with patient, my patient was saying about icu their staff has been change the diaper but not cleaning her body so i kindly request to the parshant hospital management for quickly action this matter.

Experience good And get speedy recovery of my wife and Babu when I admit her for delivery dr suggested to operate then I give my consent and everything happened fine and feel good when my patient recovered..

Actually looking for 0 star but unfortunately has to give one star. It's so pathetic and nonsense. My father was admitted in CCU and they pressurised us for angioplasty and been told you have 10 mins only. I then approved for surgery and then they put me waited for 4 hours and I finally discharged my patient.

Best and affordable charitable hospital of muzaffarpur and behavior of staff nurse and others are nice .
