Nice hospital and hospitality.staff behavior was good. Medical shop open 24 hours. Very clean hospital. Emergency service available 24 hours. Ambulance facility available. parkings facility in basement.

Terrible Experience I recently booked some tests for my parents through a third-party portal and received a confirmation letter. The letter clearly stated, "Please have a copy of your photo ID along with this confirmation letter." However, upon visiting the hospital, they insisted on seeing the original ID, which we did not bring since it was not mentioned in the confirmation letter. The behaviour of staff and management at the hospital were not cooperative and the whole experience was truly disappointing. My suggestion is please don't book online appointments with this hospital.

There emergency services are the best in town. I still remember when many doctors referred us to other hospitals in the midnight of 10 April 2022. This hospital agreed to take the patient and did a successful C-Section within an hour. We are in debt of their hospitality. Will never forget those critical hours nd the staffs/Doctors of this hospital who helped us. We wish we have many hospitals like this in Bihar. Some days will surely come to that hospital to thank everyone. May god bless them with good health nd prosperity.

My personal experience here was very good. I have got my full body checkup done and my entire checkup was completed with very supportive behaviour. All the features were very well organized and good

one of the best checkup experience and supportive staffs. They performed all their tasks very seamlessly and they were supportive throughout the checkup process.
