Customer service is superb.........and all kinds of brand are available in this store.if u want to buy a sunglass or eyeglass so plz come here nd buy here and eye checkup also available here......🤓🤓

Don't expect geniune service from this store.. I have been there to change the battery of watch.. he charged me 490 bucks for battery.. upon asking about showing battery packet which he gonna use, he refuses to show it and on top of it he said " Titan showroom aaye hai to Paisa lagega hi, battery nhi dikhayenge ki kaun sa lagayenge"

The staffs are uneducated, mannerless and disgusting. I have been there twice and had an awful experience. Even they dont know how to speak to their customers over call. If you are in nawada and looking for nice pairs of eyewear, I would suggest go to Biharsarif. This place is a big NO for me.

great service i visited titan with my family ..Mr amit and mr dheeraj help me to choose best frames for my face and also mr imran suggested me to choose best lenses which is suitable for me...i am very glad with the service and staff behaviour ..also eye testing experience is awesome .i will recomend titan to all of my family and friends ...kudos team🙏

It was very good experience at entry time all staff are very kind and helpful they sanitized my hand and aslo mr imran did my eyes test very well and mr dheeraj did my spects fit ...i feel very comfortable and i will suggest all my fnds and family to visit titan nawada... thanks again mr imran and mr dheeraj ...and last thanks titan to have very kind staff

Nice Showroom in Nawada for Eye ware and Watch Segment. I was go there at showroom. I feel very friendly environment.i am very exciting Wonderful Experiance came from that showroom. i am very exciting and thanks for all employed this company. all employed good behavior and potitally any customer
