Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital, Patna

Everything is good in the hospital.staff and members are very cooperative and friendly.

So it's all started with my infatuation with brands like Lenskart etc.. I went to Lenskart kankar bagh and told them that I want spects. The lady (so called opthalmologist) checked my eyes in a hurry and wrote it on a piece of paper. And then she came back with a tab and said it will cost u 3700 rs.i said ok and ordered. After a wait of around 9 days my spects arrived..I wore it in store and everything started looking blurry to me... I complained then they said you will get adjusted to it don't worry it's Bifocal. Anyway I wore it and then I averted two accidents that day enroute to my office. I packed the spects and threw it back in lenskart.. still waiting for refund. I discussed it with one of my colleague, he advised me to visit Akhand Jyoti. Well I went their as they say the first impression remains last... I saw a smiling guard with a packet of mask distributing it to everyone. I stood in the queue and got the slip and they guided me to first floor. I found the hall full with patients from all walk of life. In the meantime my name announced and I went for the check up . The lady was very gracious took all my medical history like BP or diabetes,asked about my lifestyle etc..And she checked my eyes through two machines.. and also by putting several glasses and asking everytime whether it's clear or not.. she was giving enough time to everyone I noticed that. Then she told me to wait outside and meet the doctor.. I befriended a very old lady who was very happy after her cataract surgery.. while I was talking to that lady my name announced. And I met the doctor he again checked my eyes on machine with very bright rays coming out of that. Finally he asked me few questions and wrote down everything. Then they have a optical shop inside the premises only... I went their the lady checked the papers and told me about glasses. Then she saw at my face I was wearing a normal reading glass she said " your glass frame is in perfect condition why to go for frame if u want we will make the prescribed eyeglasses for you in the same frame." I was amazed who on earth give such advice? when u visit a optical store branded or local all they want to sell u the frames in higher price. Since my order from lenskart is not refunded yet..I told her "mam let me get the refund money back I will visit again." She said it's fine sir. Altogether my experience was fantastic.. in past I have visited several eye stores or hospitals but what touched me here is humanity and professionalism. Now if anything related to eyes happens to any of my Family member or relatives I am for sure recommend them "Akhand Jyoti". Thanks Rajan kumar Hanuman nagar Patna.

Doctors are very humble they give special attention to patient and the family member of the patient management is also best like the doctors are... Cost of treatment is also within the limits not costly like any other eye hospitals One of the best eye hospital. Would recommend to anyone who has an eye problem,from the staff to doctor all so professional and response with humble to your problems... Staff behaviour is not good

Staf beheb is very very bad

There is only one Doctor in this Hospital for each day. He has to perform the Surgery and also see the patient in OPD. I visited this hospital for checking of my eye on Saturday at 9.45 am. but only one Doctor is in Operation Theatre. Staff at reception are saying that I will have to wait till 12 noon to see the Doctor. Hospital should depute more Eye Specialist Doctors for providing services to the people.

It's a unique eye hospital.I hv visited here with my mother,she had eye problem. I felt a wonderful feeling here,jst like family ,all staffs are polite and helpful,i i found the only hospital that doesn't vex the patient but really serve us. Excellent management,well behaviour,skilled doctors,and family type environment. I am fully satisfied 👍👍 Must visit
