Staff behaviour is ridiculous, specially one who books appointment. I was told to book my appointment for next day in advance at 12:30. when I reached he told me to wait for my turn simultaneously he told another patient (who came for second visit under 21 days) that the Doctor Nagendra would not be available, so I confirmed it again and again as I wanted to get my treatment done by himself only not from anyone else doctor from his team. Still that staff assured me. (The small conversation he had with me in a way as he was doing favour for me) still I compromised. After waiting for approx 2 hr I was called to have session with Dr Aashish , I was socked .(no disrespect to Dr Aashish) as I had only came here for Dr Nagendra sir. When I told this to that staff he was just blaming me instead and telling irrelevant things to me. First time ever I lost my patience due to his behaviour. I was ingaged there from two days still I was not able to get appointment. Mainly I am saddened to see his behaviour and the deception they wanted to do without any prior intimation. He could simply have informed me earlier so that I could have utilised my time.

The doctor is excellent and best is he give time to patient and listen all the problem but need improvement in management

One of the best eye clinic in bihar and near by states. Doctor gives sufficient time to patient to understand his problems.modern and sophisticated equipments are used.staff is so polite and well behaved and they will help u always with a smile. For eye check ups and surgery highly recommended.

Worst experience. Recently I have gone through my mother eye surgery.doctor advise to consult after 7 days of surgery.we came morning at 11Am. They asked to wait and doctor will meet soon.after 1.5hrs.I went to reception for follow up.in got answer because you are not new patient so your number will come after 3pm however these information are not available anywhere.it was more frustrating for me because my mother eye wad paining and swell.now the time is 3.45 pm and still we are waiting no call. Now it's time for me to take an action and I have decided to take my prescription back and meet any other eye specialist. Good infrastructure can not help for speedy recovery. Hope I could not visit again neither is suggest my close one to go there.

Well if you live in Patna or in Bihar, it’s better to go Delhi for a good checkup. Dr is not good at all he is just interested in money making, Doesn’t give me the time it was my 3rd visit and i think he gave me not more than 5 min of time in total, Well let’s come to staff, When I connected the call for my appointment they told me to come at 10am i came from barh and it’s approx 3 and i am still waiting for my check up, well i must tell you check up will take minimum of an hour then he will send the reports to dr, then my number may be announced, I requested Dr. nagendra plz do it quickly because i have an appointment of another doctor he refused in ln fact his behaviour waa like a creep. He is a doctor he should respect another feelings another time. He runs two clinic and good in making money rather than treating patient. Well Done Mr Nagendra Prasad. You have such a nice behaviour and your time is upto the mark, I will definitely not come again here in any situation. Rest i leave everything for you people if you have a whole day then plz come otherwise your money your time🙏🏻

The doctor is a good surgeon unfortunately the staff are extremely rude and there is no fixed numbering /wait system. If you know the staff(paid them) they will expedite your case. Better to go to a proper hospital. Wish I had read these reviews beforehand

Worst staff behaviour experienced and they literally don't care about patient's time. Really bad experience and i won't recommend anyone to visit here.I myself being a general surgeon, was saddened to see the response.

Staff behavior is too bad. They booked appointment on call but when patient come on that time. They book again appointment.. so why should thy booked appointment on phone... Please Take some patient care .. don't caught money.caught pateint care..
