Chandigarh Eye Care

I recently had the opportunity to visit Chandigarh Eye Hospital in Patna, and my experience was quite positive. The hospital staff was courteous and attentive from the moment I walked in. The facilities were clean, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The ophthalmologist I met with was knowledgeable and took the time to explain my eye condition in detail. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The diagnostic equipment appeared modern and up-to-date, which instilled confidence in the quality of care. One standout aspect was the efficient scheduling system. I didn't have to wait for an extended period, and my appointment started on time. The billing process was also transparent, with no unexpected surprises. Overall, I would recommend Chandigarh Eye Hospital in Patna for their professional and patient-centered approach to eye care. My experience was satisfactory, and I left with improved knowledge about my eye health.

I am really thankful to Dr Rushmika Sighla for eye treatment. She is very nice doctor and well behaved too. One should must contact her for eye treatment. All staffs of her clinic are also good and well behaved.

Really Bad experience.. very bad staff behaviour.. total ignorant ... Myself and my brother went to consult the Doctor for cataract surgery of my father.. even the Doctor didn't seem bothered to explain us about the problem.. further course of action etc.. which doctors usually do.. staff was busy giving instructions to other patients without being bothered to explain about the process.. we were being asked to go to the counter and pay the money that's all.. NO Context.. no explanation Just go to the counter and pay the money.. when I asked the question that mam pls tell us why we need to pay the 2500/- then we whole frustration she tried explaining me .. later she asked another person to explain the same..later I asked the about the issue etc they panicked us and told to immediately come for the surgery.. being the healthcare professional I took the second opinion from another Hospital where we got much clarity, comfort and convenience, here we got to know that the procedure they were asked us to do for our father wasn't even required.. I don't understand why being a Medico people become so insensitive... Thumbs Down to whole Chandigarh Eye Care Team.. 👎👎👎👎👎

Came for my regular holiday visit from US my parents told me about this place. Glad I listen to them and was very happy with through check up to avoid any risks. Get infrastructure and instruments and Doctor is very very good to consult with great explanation.

Bihar ka no. 1 hospital is chandigarh eye care. And Dr rushmika mam is best doctor.

I had a positive visit to Chandigarh Eye Hospital. The staff were polite and the environment was clean. The ophthalmologist provided detailed explanations about my sister eye health and was very professional. The scheduling system worked well, and the billing was transparent. The only drawback was a bit of a wait for some tests, but overall, it was a good experience...... visit to Chandigarh Eye Care for squint treatment was okay. The initial consultation was informative, and the doctor outlined a clear treatment plan. However, the communication during the follow-up visits could have been better. but the overall process felt somewhat impersonal. The treatment showed some progress, but the experience could have been more reassuring.
