Drishtipunj Eye Hospital

Good hospital. State of art and latest equipment. Highly competent doctors and consultants. Overcrowded though. Actually deserves 5 Stars. Gets 3 because of the staff related issues. However, the staff belongs to the hospital only. The waiting time is generally 2-3 hours and it increases manifolds when the doctors are in the OT or on a round. Unfortunately, the token number system gets scrambled at the final consultation level. The screens meant for display the token numbers are not updated and there are no announcements or updates. The files are sent to the doctors other than preferred on account of having been consulted earlier and that too increases waiting time. The aspect is in total mess due to incompetent handling by staff or staff resorting to undesirable things. The staff turns rude if someone tries to share feedback or seek clarification. The hospital follows a culture of first come first attend basis and no prior appointments are fixed. There are tokens issued and generally followed by way of keeping the files in the order of coupon numbers. But the staff, particularly the one without uniform, was observed keeping the files of their acquaintances out of turn. The staff behavior needs improvement. The reception experience could have been better. They are reluctant to accept online payments. It is worth mentioning that the experience of previous two visits to the old location was absolutely appreciable.

Very poor service. Firstly they take much more patients than they can accomodate, secondly, the do not provide any fixed appointment schedule, go there, wait for hours, if not lucky cone back again next day. Thirdly no planning. Fourthly you seek appointment for 1 doctor, some other one will see you. Fifthly Outsourced pathalogist come at his own fancy time. Ok infrastructure but the AC will not be working till some senior staff or the doctor himself arrives….

I had my Cataract as well as Lasik operation done from here. I am very satisfied with the whole process and even their assistance in post operation recovery. The doctors and support staff were really helpful in the whole process and the hospital has state of the art machines and equipments. I would like to recommend the patient who have any eye issue must visit Drishtipunj Hospital. Edited

Today I have another injection and lesur in my eye and I feel better than before and look already good....Dhrishti Punj Eye hospital is good and staf behaviour are also helpful 🙂🙂🙂

A good hospital for eye.Most of the patients feel happy and satisfied. Vehicle parking facilities are absent. Staffs and doctors are very sincere and competent enough to serve the patients. In totality an excellent centre.

The hospital are well manged with quality behavior staff. All the checkup and tests are well Coordinate. So I am happy with the hospital. All doctor are amazing . Specially thank you Satya Prakash Tiwari Sir.

This Hospital is Dangerous and Scammer are There to loot you Up ,there owner or the admin will irate if you give negative comment . My close one has face so much issue after getting treatment from this Scam drishtipunj hospital ,Not recommended at all. Note :- Owner will write in reply column that they are best ..Do not belive this Scan medical hospital.

I am very happy to share my experience about th hospital. This is a one step Eye solution good management. Hospital is wel maintained having very trend staff. As far as the doctors concerned I don't have any word to express in his honour. I personally recommend this Hospital those who are having any sort of eye problem
