Good doctors ..... Cooperative staffs and good eye treatment available here

One of the worst doctors in this eye care centre is Santosh Kumar. He performs Vitreoretinal surgeries in this centre but, he is an incompatible person. He lacks even basic skills of surgery. He keeps on loose talking with lady nurses during entire operation procedure & even allows them to ruin your eyes. As per Dr. Meha, Dr. Raj has left the field of performing operations of any kind be it Cataract or Vitreoretinal from last three to four years. NEVER EVER GO THERE.

Very bad no staff or doctors present on visiting time they keep dangerous dog free in garden No one to help

They have so many untrained young doctors who can't even do their jobs. They make patients wait for hours. Surgeons who visit this place are incompetent. My father was getting treatment for cataract, unskilled doctor idk how forgot to remove the top layer. We only came to know after 10 days. They didn't put lens on his eye for so many days. One stupid lady doctor can't even check the eye pressure and had always noted down the wrong reading. Finally lens was put but the surgery took like 2.5 hours. We consulted another doctor as we started having doubts about this place.. we came to know that work was done in a proper manner and this sort of surgery only takes 15-30 mins. This cheap hospital is playing with the life of patients, my father's retina was damaged post the surgery. We had so many problems because of the treatment given. The doctors are ignorant and high ly unprofessional. Please don't visit this place, they can easily make the case worse..We regret our decision. Update: We don't need your fake apologies. Because of your surgery, my father suffered from retina detachment and Intraocular lens dislocation. Please teach your doctors not to play with the precious eye of people. You guys don't deserve to be called as Eye care centre. You folks are nightmare.

I warn you people. Do not dare even to come to this hospital. They'll just eat your money like anything and at the same tym They'll leave no chance to make your case worse . My mother's eye operation was done by them. And everytime they complicated the case. The operation which was supposed to be 2 times, was done 4 times. Yes I am right . I have all the prescription as well. Aankh jaa chuka tha Meri mumma ka. We rushed to amritsar . Daljit singh hospital. Unhone v Data ki kis faltu zgh aplogo ne operation karaya. Case ko khrab kr dia Raj retina. We are still undergoing treatment in Amritsar. Just waiting for the day ki we get free from amritsar and then iss hospital ki dhazzi uda dungi mai. Hadd hoti h carelessness ki. The doctor's are not even trained and yes yaha doctor tikte v nai h. MR RAJVARDHAN AZAD , agar aap ye pdh rahe ho to please ya to apne hospital aur patients ko time do ya hospital bnd Kara do. 1 lakh aplog kha chuke ho hamara aur situation worst kr k rakh die ho. How can you people be so insensitive. That's not done

I have two times experience with this eye clinic. First time, staff and Docters were supportive and rate can be negotiable and can be discuss. Second time, earlier this year, I had mixed experience. Rate was minor negotiable. They did not say about the actual rate of eye lence and their other charges. When, they take package amount of Rs. 20000/-, eye lence rate was actual Rs. 10000/-. Eye lences are more cheaper may more cheaper when they purchased in Pharma company. All knows that there are huge difference between actual rate and Print rate in Pharma sector. when, hospitals purchasing, Pharma companies may give huge discount and many other facilities to clinics. In this condition, Hospital is not bifurcate the eye lence's rate and their charges. Its not good to anyone. Second, Patient can not meet Dr. Rajyvardhan Sir for treatment and other consultation, When, thier name and qualification mentioned in Hospital Bio. Dr. Santosh is all in one for consultation. The pathologist, who in regular touch in hospital for checkups is not provided COVID 19 report and not showed any kit for satisfaction. He used Antigen kit for test and charges Rs. 800/- which is charge for RTPCR test. As per patient, Assistant seems not not well trained in operation. Hospital not provided computer generated Bill with GST rate and bifurcation of other authentic charges. Hand written bills received like receipt of Puja Pandals. After all, this hospital seems like other hospitals in Bihar like full of attitude and lack of smooth functioning and well satisfaction.

5 minutes away from Gandhi Murti. No place for parking. Easily noticeable from road .Expensive Doctor fees not always available. Clean but takes a long time. Behavior of the staff is quite good. The only eye care in this locality. thank you.

Horrible experience..took my dad for a normal eye checkup as he is diabetic..made us wait for 4 hours! Uncooperative staff with a careless attitude! The doctor was in so much hurry..hardly worth the money they charge.
