🛑🛑🛑A BIG NO TO ANY PURCHASE FROM THE BRAND TITAN EYE PLUS 🛑🛑🛑 1.Pathetic product quantity by the "Titan "brand , despite recent price hike Google must must add ZERO STAR OPTION FOR something like "TITAN EYE PLUS" i m overrating by giving 1 star 2.worst Customer care services ,i m an old customer of this brand this is the 2nd time my frame got broke within warranty period I called them to please expedite my complaint as i have to write my exams after few days and my frame broke suddenly , I mailed , called several times to the customer care and after 10 days of waiting i got the same reply " non genuine claim, breakage due to handling" this was the reply when I did not show the damaged product OR pics of the damaged product to the store 😂 but their so called " quality control team" imagined how the product got damaged by handling 4. They Don't care ATALL about customer feedback , after wasting 3-4hrs of my valuable time on Titan eye plus customer care services i got to know their attitude was like "KAR LO JAHAN BHI COMPLAINT KARNA HAI CUSTOMER TO HAMARE KAHIN NAHI JAA RAHE" 5. I am using Titan eye plus from last 7-8 yrs , and i have only one suggestion if you are going to buy this brand frames _their are several better ways to burn money than buying any product from this brand Their product quantity deterioration in the last couple of years is just UNIMAGINABLE 6. One common problem i found uniformly in all the TEP Stores of Patna , you buy a very basic frame today , you revisit the same Store after 6 months they will say "we don't have this model ryt now , please visit any other store"
