I recently underwent cataract surgery at your hospital under a package plan. During the initial counseling, I was informed about various package options, all of which were described as all-inclusive except for two specific tests costing ₹2,800 and ₹500, which I agreed to pay separately. However, after completing the surgery for both eyes, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional ₹2,700 for another test, which had not been mentioned earlier. This led to confusion, and when I sought clarification at the TPA & Billing counter, the staff member responded in an extremely rude manner. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, he dismissively asked, “Karna hai test ki nahi?” (Do you want to take the test or not?). When I mentioned that I could share my experience online, he further responded, “You can do whatever you want, waise bhi sare customer ko khush thodi kar sakte hain” (We can’t keep every customer happy). I have added Pic of that guy who misbehaved with me, so you guys can take action and improve service. Such behavior from hospital staff is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients expect clear communication and respectful treatment. While my medical procedure itself was satisfactory, this interaction left a very negative impression. I urge the hospital management to address this issue seriously. Ensuring transparent pricing communication and training staff in patient interaction is crucial for maintaining the hospital’s reputation. I hope you take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Hospital is good in services. Dr. Navneet is very good in terms of surgery and he used to take 10 minutes time to do cataract operation . Operation is totally painless and stress free. Good staff behaviour. Systematic approach is also looks like very professional in medical activities . For Cashless treatment they are helping patients. They have tie up with multiple tpa policy provider.

Hi Googlers, I was using specs for almost 15 years and this is the time thought to go for spectacle less journey. Yea you got me right, it was Lasik surgery, since first in my family so never known about it procedure and things involved was bit doubtful. I then, visited vedanta eye hospital and believe from there after everything went smooth and trust worthy. Met the Doc and Counsellor after OPD by Dr K.P sir, he really infused me with lots of confidence that everything is 100% safe and secure. Based on topography and cornea degree of healthiness we will can go for surgery. Turn out it be my eyesight and corne, retina was all healthy in reports. The day of surgery we got nothing to do, just went for it and it took few minutes for my Lasik surgery. Did even felt pinch of pain or uneasiness. I would say if your eyesight power is constant for last 6 months or so, highly recommended to go for it and if you are in patna. Don't hesitate and Do visit Vedanta eye hospital with specialist doctor and staff they will take good care of you. Thanks!!
