The receptionist and staff here could be contenders for the worst ever! A parked vehicle was blocking the entrance. The atmosphere is murkier, the front office is cagey and barricaded, and it gives off the impression/feeling of being "uninviting." The idea could be to keep the filthy and contaminated patients at a distance and in their "proper place." They robbed me of the opportunity to meet the doctor. Anyways, a minimum of 15 days of advance appointment, regardless of how competent a doctor is, is plain absurd and illogical. What would you go to the doctor for if a temporary ophthalmic condition (infection, allergy, or so) resolved on its own within this time frame? No matter how unprofessional medical practices are, their businesses will continue to thrive as long as consumers are ignorant (especially where the healthcare system is broken and diseases are rampant, rooted, and epidemic). For the smarter ones, beware, and you'd better stay away from this clinic.

Excellent eye hospital. Dr.Ranjan Rai sir is a fantastic ophthalmologist his diagnosis is very good.Treatment done here is par excellence than any other eye centre of Bihar.

Staff behaviour is very poor to worst ….Doctor is also very poor for eye injury…you can’t get most of the dose recommended by doctor even at their outside medical store ….instead of healing the infections of eye gets increases day by day which confirmed by another doctor..कृपया Dr. रंजन कुमार राय को कभी भी कोई आँख में बढ़ा समस्या एम हो तो ना दिखाये…जानकारी ही बचाव है ….even not recommended for 1 ratings
