Dr Monica was very thorough and listened attentively to my concerns. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently. I felt heard and understood throughout from my first consult to the surgical after care. She showed genuine care and empathy for my situation and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well-informed. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. They made me feel comfortable and taken care of. The staff was very helpful in scheduling my appointments and answering my questions. I appreciated their efficiency and kindness. I feel lucky that I got the treatment done under Dr Monica's expertise. My overall condition has improved significantly and Im in much better place since getting treatment from her. Posting this review and hoping this reaches to each one of you..My experience with Grewal Eye Institute has been absolutely amazing and it feels like home now whenever we visit. We had most experienced panel of doctors here. 2 years back, my mother got her retina surgery done by Dr. Mansi Sharma, a very calm and professional. This year, we got an opportunity to get her Cataract done by Dr. Jagat Ram, a perfectionist in his profession has really supported her and did a successful surgery. she is not completely fine and recommends that everyone should come to GEI.. Lasty, want to thank sympathetic and supporting staff, nurses, people at reception for going out of the box to ensure their patients had a wonderful experience at GEI. Thank you GEI..

Excellent staff. They make the patient and the attendant feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr Jagat Ram performed my mom’s cataract surgery on both eyes. He’s highly reputable and the patients are very relaxed before and after the surgery. The Institute is extremely clean and has no usual hospital odours. The bathrooms are extremely clean and so are the patient recuperating areas. Its actually a pleasure to deal with the staff. Dr Grewal himself is a gentle soul if you come across him; and an amazing photographer.

My name is Dolly and I am from Australia. I went to Grewal eye institute on 22/04/2025 for my eye check up and was seeking some medical help. First of all, my appointment time was 11:10am and Doctor checked me at 3:15pm. Dr. Manpreet Brar was the assigned Doctor for me who didn’t even check my eye throughly, she just had a glance in few seconds and said there is nothing in the eye. She also mentioned that she can give me a medication, but not sure if that’s going to work or not. What are the standards here for a Doctor, who says this to the patient. Either you do a proper check up and give the prescription accordingly or you don’t give the medication at all. They charge a good amount of 1500 INR for a few second of consultation and with such a long wait, you get this treatment. I am highly disappointed with the service and would like to share my experience, so people would know what they getting into.

This place is a blessing at least that’s what we experienced and thought. The doctor, the nurses the staff, each one is so kind and respectful and that speaks volumes about the person who leads this organisation. Dr Jagat Ram is an absolutely amazing person so warm, humble and the best eye surgeon around and he did an extremely difficult surgery on my dad who has CKD, diabetes, BP and glaucoma but has a robust heart and healthy lungs. The results are better than expected and he is doing great. Our sincerest gratitude to GEI.
