Very poor quality of the lens and they say, smudges will be present on lens. No matter how much lenskart store executive tried to clean (using ultrasonic machine, cleaning cloth and the cleaning solution), the smudges kept appearing on the lens. They also dropped the specs once while trying to clean them. The customer delight told me, that they had upgraded my replacement order which was never told to me. If they were not at fault of proving a poor quality product, why will they upgrade my order, and i was told nothing else will be done now as they have done what they could had done.

I had a very disappointing experience with Lensecart Sector 22C ,Chandigarh . Initially, they intentionally asked me to pay online for an order , which seemed normal at first. However, after booking, they intentionally made a mistake with the shipment details, leaving me no choice but to cancel the order. What followed was even worse – after I canceled, they delayed my refund for over 10 days.During this time, I suspect they used my money in the stock market or other financial ventures, making profits off of funds they should have returned. It’s clear that they are taking advantage of customers like this, holding onto money for as long as possible and making excuses to delay refunds. • Do not trust this branch with your money. • Avoid making payments to them, especially online. • Expect delays and frustration if you need to cancel. • Their customer service is unhelpful when you try to resolve issues. I strongly advise steering clear of this outlet to avoid being scammed.
