1. One of the best hospital for piles treatment..we went for my husband's treatment and I must say he's so happy with treatment. 2. Doctors and nurses are so supportive, so understanding, so friendly..Dr. Shreya Swarnakar one of the best doctor I've ever met... She's so understanding..we went for fourth follow up yesterday that we both have developed a bond with doctor. 3. Post- surgery medicines given to my husband were allopathic for few days so as to heal the wound and then ayurvedic medicines and that too doctor assured us that in case of any emergency we are free to her whenever needed. So overall it was so so so good experience in Gemini piles centre.

I had a bad experience at this hospital. They checked my blood pressure and said it was free, but later added it to the bill. The staff was rude—while I was explaining my condition to the doctor, the nurse started laughing. This is very unprofessional.

Worst experience with this hospital. Don't go for any surgery or operation here. We have operated our father by Siddharth Banerjee, this doctor operated my father and never came back for even a single visit. They take things lightly they don't understand before business it's matter of life. Because of their carelessness I lost my father. Really I won't suggest this to anybody.

Worst hospital, worst treatment and worst doctor. They don't have enough doctors so they have consultants who come for the operation but that consultants also are not trustworthy. I lost my dad only because of this hospital and their careless surgery. If you want to save life of your dear ones don't go to this hospital.
