No option to provide a negative rating otherwise i would have given (minus 5 star). This hospital provided me with the worst experience till date, even government hospitals are far better than this. This hospital does not know how to handle and take care of the patient but they do know how to rob pateints and their family even if the situation is critical. I am not talking about only one person, it's the whole staff, managment even doctors as well. They have failed as a hospital. Uneccessary checkups, tests, delays, unreasonable prices, staff & manager attitude and behavior. Below words can explains the whole: .greediness. misconduct. negligence. malfeasance. irresponsibility. carelessness. delinquency. recklessness. neglectfulness.

Very Good service, prompt reporting, friendly atmosphere for patients health and wellbeing.

Basically all types of test done here, like blood sample, ultrasound, ctscan etc, but some reports are give early and some take more times. Their all kinds of facilities and test available. Mam is good and experienced good infrastructure and lift services is there. All services facilities available like drinking water washroom lots of seating facilities, Dr consulting and other..There also blood bank available at likly all groups but some least group blood least available. Overall good center for ultrasound.

Hospital is very good facility and very good hospital in Ambikapur.

The Worst experience one can get from them. Maine neuro surgeon se treatment liya th wo sbse badi galti thi ....Raipur se Doctor aata hai ...Singapore k doctor hai flana dimkana ....jab follow up checkup ka time aaya Doctor gayab and the craziest part that they will call you sir Sunday ko aa rhe hain na And and and the morning ( follow up check up day) us din morning Tak(9.13am) me sir aap le krk aa rhe hain na when I reach after travelling 123 km they are saying no that sir is not coming at 11.37 am ..aap wo doctor ko dikha dijiye wo flame dhimkane se aaye hain .....when I try to reach out management they said next Sunday sir pakka aa rhe hain. Maine inki sun li biggest blunder next Sunday same RR... Man I can't tell you that Doctor didn't come . And that Sunday new doctor came for the first time and asked someone working there that there is no proper communication between doctor and management jb mn kre doctor 10 bje mna kr de rha h ye log 9 bje tak bula rhe....pathetic and annoying har baar doctor hi change krte firenge qya? They need too change this proper communication need too be done b/w doctor and management and management and patient.

Very good behaviour of all staff...team members r very supportive... accurate diagnosis n affordable treatment
