I cannot express my Happy feelings for this place after visiting there! Thankyou so much Titan eye+ !!!!

Recently I visited the store Titan Eye Plus, Ambikapur where my issues related to minor adjustment of frame was not resolved sincerely and effectively. After getting the adjustment the problem increased and where somehow the customers are misguided and ignored particularly the old customers. I also requested many a times for eye check-up but they didn't take any initiative and after waiting there for about one and a half hour I returned back to my home. I visited there from 67 km of distance but they called me for next time. My and my sons spectacles are repaired frequently but not perfectly and I am right now putting the spectacle that is right side down. Even small problems are not resolved and if resolved then partially. Better to visit titan bilaspur or raipur or any other stores even other than titan provide very good service. I have purchased from titan but using my old spectacle. My son is doing the same. Several times visited for alignment but the spectacles have never been aligned properly and your spectacles will be put for learning of newer staff. I returned with further increased problems. I have spent more money in the form of travelling cost than the price of spectacles.
