We recommend to visit lenskart nehru nagar.lenskart team members are very polite,humble and helpfull. Jharesh is a good person who will guide and make your experience excellent. Within 6 months Went there to claim warranty on specs and the process was very smooth.

Very bad experience with store employees and the owner as well. Lenskart is worst ever brand for glasses ! They take payments in advance & then don't place orders. They should understand that they are running a store related to people's medical issue. I want my old glasses back asap else I'll be going to consumer court ! I'm facing issue in my regular life without glasses.

Ordered specs from this store yesterday but the staff without informing us added the insurance policy. We got charged unnecessarily for the things which were not even required.

My lens came out of the frame, but they quickly assisted me in putting it back together. Excellent service!

Worst customer service.... So sad to see this... I trusted 'Lenskart' But... They give false statements The issue's here I'm a premium customer of them + While buying my specs I added insurance(1 year)+ their high side price... My total bill was 5000 for 2 pieces.... They Said in front of me that if any damages causes to your product it would completely get replaced, no charges, after replacement if the product again damages then they would not be responsible But within 5 months the specs got broken by me... They said you will have to pay 500 rupees in order to get it new... Why........ 😔😔😡😡 Ya I understand that it might be written in your terms and conditions But that doesn't mean that you people give us wrong statements about your products as well as your services....... Extremely frustrated.......
