Worst service very Rude behavior by the manager. On Tuesday dated 25.03.2025 I had ordered two spectacles through order no 1306330891. I told to deliver at my home but shop employee told me to collect from the shop after receiving the call. I had urgent assignment to read so I purchased one spectacle from local shop. It is revealed that the rate of local shop is very less with better quality and they are able to deliver within few hours. On Saturday I received one SMS that my spectacle reached but I was waiting for the call. today I went to the shop and enquired why no call received from shop. They showed me from my call history that one call came on Saturday from one unknown number but that time I was in an important official meeting so I could not pick up and talk. Also, I did not call back. I told sorry that I could not pick up and call back. I told please tell me where I can submit my dissatisfactory feedback about the service. The manager told me wherever you wish you can call or give feedback and left out the shop not attending me. One employee told me that after two days they make repeat call. But I did not get any call after 3 days past. among two spectacles only one I have received and I don't know when I will receive another one and at all they will call me and how many times I have to visit and enquire about my 2nd spectacle. The behavior of the shop manager was very rude & unprofessional. As per my experience the company is exploiting customers through brand name and there is no professional approach in the hierarchy. They did not do any special thing to my spectacle, just told me to read and then handed over. There was no issue to take home delivery as per my understanding but as they told they had to do some adjustment so I agreed to go to the shop for receiving delivery. Not a single person expressed any repentant whereas I told that I had done mistake that I could not pick up the phone. Worst experience and very bad day for me. The company is unable to understand that how much urgent one person may need spectacle to read and do some urgent assignment and it is not possible to wait for more that 7 days to receive the spectacle with power.

My experience was good at this shop.and lens quality is also good and comfortable.only lacking of one thing with lenskart that company doesn't provide carry bags with product.....overall my experience was good at this shop and good customer service.lenskart supela, bhilai ,durg (cg)

A place to get professional advice regarding spectacles, sunglasses and contact lenses. Offers are always available, eye check up is also done immediately. Quality of frame and glasses are nice and staff is Good.
