Hi world , this hospital is do very irresponsible treatment and Doctor's visit only one time in 24 Hours and no one can give proper information about patient even Medical reports and bills also not given to patient upto discharge. If we want to medical documents, staff say first you can write to letter to management once management accept and agreed to your application then we will provide your documents..When reports came to staff and result also normal report but staff will always say doctor will be come tomorrow and checked your patient health condition then we will take further treatment.. Actually this hospital is private and prices also High but why doctor will not able to check patient reports upto 24-48 hrs . We see this hospital treatment process..

This would greatly enhance the patient care experience and restore confidence in your facility. Radiology and usg department is in worst condition. Lack of systematic work culture. For single anamoly scan or be it a fetal echo, concerned team need more than 5 to 6 days to give you appointment. Even with such big infrastructure and using big words in their name like multispeciality, the condition of the hospital in delivering services is pathetic.

I had a terrible experience at this hospital. There was no proper treatment given to the patient, and we were made to wait for a long time without any clear updates or support. Despite the lack of care, they charged us a huge amount with no proper explanation. They did not even provide the patient’s medical reports or any kind of presentation about the treatment. It felt like their only priority was to extract as much money from us as possible, not to actually help the patient. I strongly advise others to be cautious before choosing this hospital. It was mentally, emotionally, and financially exhausting.

Hospital is not good as mostly money oriented approach to patients. ICU Care is not good as there is no properly trained ICU doctor. Most of the serious patients die due to poor management. I lost my father in this Hospital and the behaviour of Doctors is so rude and they keep lying about your patients not able to properly manage your dear ones

Good hospital, nurse and doctor behaviour is also good. Settlement team is not up to the mark. I was having cashless bill so they didn’t ask me if any medicine or wipes diapers is there which has to be returned which they have given at the time of admission. Directly called me when bill got settled from TPA and when I went to medical to return they said bill is already closed we can’t do anything. So misinformation about the medicines purchased and return process. Even after asking since day 1 how could we return medicine I got reply last day you can do that. When all these happened TPA said it’s not our duty and nurses said was it there inside the drawer? So I could only laugh about these mistakes.

this is really a amazing hospital very caring, compassionate Doctor Who went out of her way to get me treatment, Everyone was very caring and efficient thankuhh☺️

Doctors play for money and they try to emergency admit you if you have a health card even if everything is fine. Not at all recommended especially for pregnant women, very poor facilities and they try to loot you. Please never ever go there.
