My spectacles were on warranty.. after taking 10 days they said they cannot provide insurance for my lenses.. my lenses had become blur.. it’s a cheap tactic to say that they provide warranty for their products for an year.. why to say this if you can’t do this.. just come clean and sell your product.. how much money will you make if you play foul like this.. just some more time.. and then everybody knows and stops buying product from you.. you provide quality product no doubt but false promises in the name of warranty too.. me and my whole family has been buying your products for almost 20 years now.. but not anymore because we know you now.. God is watching bro.. play fair..

I visited this shop for my mother’s eye glasses last year and entire experience of purchase was great. I also got my rayban sunglass’s temple repaired by them which was loose. They fixed it for free. The staff is really great. I would absolutely recommend them.
Poor quality of service. My frames were under warranty period but still exchange/ repair was rejected by the salesman there. According to him the frame should be broken only then it is genuine to exchange. The frame I purchased was having poor metal quality due to which every time I wore it, it used to bend in uneven way. He refused to accept this as a reason of repair/exchange. Pathetic store with improper service to customers queries. Then What is the warranty period for. Not visiting titan eye plus again as it does not stand on its policies.

Really pathetic service. Bought specs from the raipur store of titan eye plus, which got damaged while using. They refused to exchange it or even repair it as the spectacles were under warranty. Really sub par service.
