They show ad that in 10 min operation is done but unnecessarily they give all patients appointment for 11 am and make them wait for whole day for a short procedure. No transparency regarding rates for any surgery like Retina. Doctor Juneja (or any doctor at this clinic) does not counsel well and is only interested in the status of the patient and extracting more and more money. Even charged my retired parents 1.2 lakh rupees with no transparency or bill. Procedure for getting bill is made unnecessarily complicated. Why I need to visit 2 times for a simple invoice I don't understand. They called us at 11 am and got discharge at 5 pm. Poor management. They say you'll get called in 2 minutes and it becomes 2 hours if you don't ask them billion times. Washrooms dirty, no handwash also for hours! They don't accept Ayushman (though we don't have it but just an example) but have it listed in empanelled providers list. Doctor first asked before my father's post than the patient's condition. Enough to tell about the intention.
