Outstanding experience! The staff is quite helpful and always on their toes to assist. I had trouble wearing contact lens earlier however it is no longer the case, thanks to the on-store detailed demonstration by Ms Mahima. Speaking about the range of glasses and eyewear, it seemed new and wide (from affordable to premium and classic to trendy). Thanks to Lenskart and all the store staff member, I got my new and wonderful pair of specs at truly unbeatable price. Finally, I could see better and brighter, cheers!

Lenscart has played such a big game with me. I bought 2 frames and made glasses- both progressive. Such a bad craftsmanship, having such big name. I returned them with lot of difficulties. They were not ready to accept their mistake. Then bought another pair. Then rest of the money they promised to return me back in my local account as I don’t live in India. They told me do not worry you will get it by Mar. 26, 2025. I flew back outside India and still I have not received my money instead they are harassing my family saying different questions again. It’s not a small amount. Anurag the manager doesn’t know his it works. Why the process is lengthy. So unprofessional behaviour. So terrible experience. I just need money back. It’s hard earned money. Not a joke
