Good customer service... nice behaviour of staffs
Store guys behaviour is excellent. Only one thing lacks is late delivery/ handing over the purchased item. Atleast keep delivery date of one or two days, otherwise your store will be in difficulty for survival.
Eye testing facility was good and I will recommend everyone to start your eye journey from lenscart as well as staff behavior was also good.
Such a nice pair of glasses One sunglass which is a much awaited dream for me fulfilled.The service provider person is such a gem of person with cheerfulness and and a man of dedication as well as sound knowledge about his work at hand.As I was in hurry to report to my work.He did exceedingly well so that I could catch my office time.One thing is sure both the pair of glasses look absolutely nice and I am pretty thankful to lenskart for treating me like a privileged customer.Hope our journey will continue in future for long long time.Products' aesthetic quality is nice.
