i think he should stop seeing patients if he cant even give more than 5 minutes to a patient i went for a spectacle examination and he gave me a 1.75 cylinderical number which i doubted and later went to another opthalmologist who gave me 1.25 cylinderical number which was a shock surprise and also scary to me almost ruined my eyes because of his lack of concern and arrogance and i even recall him saying ''mujhe gandit (maths) mat sikha tu"

Very good patient care and doctor Anil Jain sir's Way of talking is very soothing.

Worst patient care service, they will make the patient wait unnecessarily and do the basic checkup done at any optical shop. And upon that the girl at the reception has the audacity to ask for the fee without any check up. I am a doctor myself but have never seen such stupid arrangements. Worst place to visit for your check up. I wish google had negative rating, would have given -100.

Pathetic patient management system ever witnessed. They will make you wait for more than an hour even if you have booked appointment and they have called you to show up at a said time. Utter miss management. Person sitting at reception is another clueless lady
