Worst behaviour of lady at the call

I don't know what's the problem of the lady on the counter she doesn't book appointments on call and also gives rude reply she doesn't have any manners. Please change the counter lady or teach her some manners.

The lady sitting at the front desk to take appointments is very rude. Been calling her to book an appointment, either she gives a rude reply or there's,no answer. So I went there myself to book the appointment. They made me come thrice to book one appointment and even then my appointment wasn't booked and was still told to wait 1 hour!!!

Staff was not well behaved with patients. .. patient were long waited there ... n staff not even talk them with a good words. They r rud in there language

The doctors are very experienced and the clinic provides many facilities like Cataract, Phaco, eye check up, etc. The staff is also well trained and polite. Best Eye Hospital in Chhattisgarh.

Very besy hospital. Hospital is good.
