I visited Titan Eye Plus a few days ago to replace my glasses. And I got specs and sunglasses at a very affordable price. I bought Fastrack brand glasses frame. Designer, fancy and sunglasses of branded collections were available in Titan Eye Plus and the behavior of Titan staff was very good and they are very cooperative. Especially Varsha Madam and Sir also behave well. You must visit once.

Update: The frame broke, because the lens fell off. This time they took the thing and mentioned how long it might take and got it replaced. Changing from 1 to 3. I appreciate the improvement in service, clear communication and expectations. SAVE YOURSELF FROM MESS THAT IS THIS STORE! “Sir hum baithe hai na, agar koi issue hua toh,” you will hear this, but don’t believe it. I got 2 frames, and 3 lenses made from here. One of the costlier frame started to hurt at nose. I have made 3 visits over a week. They have gotten their money and now say, “talk to customer care.” Aap log online order kar lo. Kyun karna hai is shop se? Bechna yahan hai. Koi issue hua toh hath khada kar denge, “sir mein kya kar sakta hoon.” Aur ye issue 3 din ke andar hua hai. So, you’ve been warned. Don’t fall for warm talks when you go to buy. They won’t even call back for picking up glasses once payments are made. Update: I got a call after a week, “Sir aap aa jao, we have talked with the company, replace ho jayega.” “Agar frame same size ka na pasand aaye toh?” Kyunki maine phele yahan ka stock dekha tha. “Sir naya frame and naya lens laga denge. Company se baat ho gayi hai.” I visited. Phir same size ka frame dekha and kuch bhi aacha nahi tha, toh dusra choose kiya. Phir kehte hai, “sir lens hum local wala apni dusri shop se laga ke denge.” I had choosen the lens of 3K rupees, and now they want to replace it with local one. I took that last glasses and came back. Wasted over a week in calls and visiting this shop for no reason at all. There are other places. Avoid this place!
