Affordable medical care in Korba. Well maintained infrastructure and proper facilities are provided to public. You can fix your appointment with Doctors from all departments. Sunday off for normal citizens. However BALCO staffs can avail the facilities on Sunday . One star is deducted for receptionist's behaviour. Overall best hospital in Korba.

Later discharge,receptionist here is very bad not popal explain but special room room, food cool , main is behaviouris a bad 2day process of discharge bad experience

Doctors are the best but the receptionist here is very bad and rude. It will be better if you change her for a better one. She won't allow u to meet the doctor u want instead she will rudely say "ye doctor ka nahi denge ek hi milega.. Arey what if we need to meet both the doctors ? Who are u to stop me there? And moreover she is mostly on her phone talking and ignores the patient. If the authorities see this plz change the existing staff at the reception.

Well developed infrastructure but hospital staff gives more priority to the employees, All patients should be treated equally.

Very bad experience I had fever and there is powercut, light didn't came and nobody examine me
