I had a very disappointing experience at this facility. I waited over an hour with my crying nephew, hoping for timely care. Despite asking for help and even offering to cover costs to prioritize his treatment, we were not given any attention. The doctor arrived 30 minutes late, placed us in a queue without offering a seat, and was extremely rude. He seemed more interested for familiar patients than addressing the immediate needs of a distressed child. This lack of professionalism and empathy is unacceptable I don't know why government doesn't take actions on such unprofessional doctors. They only making money out from Innocent chhattisgarh peoples

Worst doctor who knows nothing about treatment and worst behaviour and staff are worst. Worst experience ever

The doctor is printing money, suggesting everyone for admission and the people who are paying OPD fees are not so important for him, he treats them like trash. The numbering system for them is the worst, I came here at 11 am, my number came at 3pm, The doctor didn't pay any attention and also did not respond to my questions

Worst working staff specially reception and the male staff. They don't have token system in a proper way, staff prefers known person to get enter first because they keep files on Dr cabin.

My experience in this Hospital has been good so far, My Child has been admitted here for jaundice. Dr. Nayak is a Good Qualified One, Best part here is Nursing Staff at NICU, Only bcz of them I could learn Breastfeeding and My Child learned Latching. Other than that this Hospital has all basic facilities for infant admissions, NICU, Private rooms with AC, Fridge, attach toilet etc. Dr's Timing and Lab timings should be improved.

Doctor with very bad management and Rude staff. I went for my son's vaccination at 10 am but my no. didn't come till 4:20 pm. Korba needs more pediatricians. Totally waste of time.

Slow and laid back staff and the doctor attends 2-3 patients in one go... There is no one on one with parents.. he seems to be in hurry that's why he sees 2-3 patients together.

very poor service and there dr have so much of attitute . and if you are asking to there staff about your paticent that time there staff only said we dont no anything about their prblem .only dr can say .....
