Krishna Multispeciality hospital

It doesn't even deserve a star, it's very poor, money wasted, time wasted and most importantly, it doesn't take long for the patient's health to deteriorate, they take money like a vip takes care of, but it is not so, here All the departments of the department are very irresponsible, better than this, there is facility in the government hospital. It is not a matter of money, but at least the patient should be looked after properly by the staff, before going here, check about all the facilities and then take the patient.

Priti Upadhyay is a pathetic doctor. This was my third time experience with her and it did not improve at all. She does not even talk properly with the patient more than a few seconds. Keeps on talking to other staff members wherein the patient is sitting on the sofa kept away from her. There is another staff of her who sits in front of her. I have never seen a gynaec or even any doctor who makes the patient sit far away in a sofa and gives consultation. Her staff asked me to get the receipt for the sonography and after more than a hour,when doctor comes (she was 2 hours late),she said you can get it done from outside. I was empty stomach for more than 18 hours to get that sonography done.I left the first time but when later I went to give her the feedback as I was agitated,she started talking to me,asking more questions about what all I am experiencing nicely to fool me up in the conversations and wrote more medicines. I have no clue now what medicines she wrote,what exactly was the issue.And such a dangerous kind of doctor is a gynaecologist. Please I would highly suggest females to not rely on a doctor like that.

We had great experience with Dr. preeti and Dr. Upadhyay. Being first time parents, we had lots of queries. Dr. Preeti and whole staff made sure to answer all our doubts patiently and always made sure to give best solutions keeping the safety of mother and the baby. Everything including my delivery went so smooth and we are happy with the service and assistance provided. Also We are forever grateful to Sister Lalita, Dr. Farzana, Dr. Chandra and remaining lovely staff.

I have occupied super deluxe room, very dirty washroom and toilet after asking staff to clean they are saying that for cleaning washroom separate person will come but no one is coming and also before issuing room they should check this and clean also.

Doctors are good, Nurses are very helpful but process to discharge from hospital is very tough, it almost take four hours (average) for a patient to discharge.Only selected package/ facility is available on Ayushman card( Which is not mentioned anywhere). 10/10 for staff behavior and support. 1/10 for dischare process and ayushman card coverage.

I am very happy with the care and treatment provided by the Hospital. Dr. Vishal upadhyay was very attentive and humbled and all the staffs were very trained and the premises was neat and hygienic.

Aproach road is very bad .Side by side two hospitals are there but aproach road is horrible.Why dont management of both hospitals think positvely?

Sad to see Dr. Preeti Upadhyay taking advantage of the unawareness among the people coming for the treatment. Since most of them don't exactly know how the professional dr behave and treat their patient, not just with the words but proper diagnosis process she is making the patient go through unnecessary test and scans. I stay in Bangalore and came to my parents place for delivery and went to her at my 7th month, firstly she didn't even looked at my previous reports and prescribed me with 8 medicines, which my Bangalore gynaec said was not needed as I was having a healthy pregnancy. The ultrasound she did next day was completely unhygienic, she used the transducer( instrument for vaginal scan) without any silicon cover and without even disinfecting it after she used it for the patient just before me, and to my surprise I came to know that she has given me tablet for infection before any urine culture test was done, it was after the scan I could make out that they are only spreading the infection by such practices n prescribing medicine in advance. Also they use the same cloth to wipe off the gel from all patients after the scan. She didn't even explain me what she diagnosed in the ultrasound. She left the room quickly after the scan without speaking to me even after my requested as I needed some clarifications. I have been taking medical aid for past two years as we were planning a baby, but never seen any gynaec like her, she don't even give time to listen to our problem, no clear answer by the staff/reception/billing department for the cost of delivery. And worst part she is running parallely the opd, the operations, and the scannings; have never seen any good doctor doing such type of practices. Please take your decision wisely before getting treatment from this hospital.
