Very poor service, waited for arround 4 hours for my regular eye checkup, even Doctors behaviour is very bad, not supported for anything, so much dirt, toilet dirty, benches are dirty, not suggesting anyone to visit,

There is a lot of dirt, no cleanliness here, no precaution is done for the eyes, the eye surgery unit here is not good for the eyes success rate is very low

Good service,a decent hopital for eye care but sometimes much crowded.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Ankur Saxena. He is one of the worst doctor in Raipur. I recently had an eye exam with another doctor unfortunately the lenses prescribed by Dr. Ankur Saxena which cost around 6000/- is totally wrong. I have experienced discomfort and blurred vision since I started using them. I have discussed this issue many times with Ankur Saxena but the response was less than satisfactory. I'm disappointed with the services. He failed as a doctor I wish I could give them a zero rating. He doesn't have any knowledge about the cornea only looting money with their patients. I would not recommend Dr. Ankur Saxena based on my experience.

They took 5 days just to check power of eyes . Totally waste of time

easy to find and locate on maps, the hospital is equipped with all the needed infrastructure including a medical store in campus,the staff is well trained and friendly, complete satisfying experience with the institute and it's treatment

The worst hospital I have ever known they performed the glaucoma laser surgery and did not even provide any documents when I went I asked he just wrote a normal prescription PI laser was performed when asked for documents he is denying to give very unprofessional doctor post all this the patient fainted and doctor was not even telling what did he performed,worst experience the staffs are also ill-mannered

Dr. Neerja Saxena is little impolite however, treatment is good but I waited too long and there's a lack of space for parking and hospital operations.
