I highly recommend Dr. Pradeep for his exceptional work. My entire family and I have been consulting him for our medical needs. However, I do have a concern regarding the patient management system. It's not just about the waiting time, but also about transparency. I was given an appointment number (26) over the phone and asked to arrive at 2 pm. When I called to confirm at 1 pm, I was told that my turn would come at 3 pm. However, upon arrival, I had to wait for an additional 2-3 hours. This raises questions about the purpose of assigning appointment numbers. If I'm given an appointment number, I should be able to track the current number being attended to. Unfortunately, the staff refused to provide this information, which I found non-transparent. I understand that managing a high volume of patients can be challenging. Nevertheless, my concern is specifically about transparency. While I appreciate the displayed wait times, it's cumbersome for patients. To improve the process, I suggest: 1. Providing patients with the current appointment number being attended to when they arrive. 2. Issuing tokens to patients, making the process more transparent. 3. Avoiding the assignment of appointment numbers over the phone and instead adopting a first-come, first-served approach (although I acknowledge this might not be practical). Combining appointment numbers with a first-come, first-served approach is confusing and unfair to patients. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve the overall experience.

A big NO. May be the doctor is good, may be. But the services are just pathetic. They’ll give you appointment on the phone but you will be asked to wait for at least a couple of hours once you visit. They do not value your time. I’ve seen people waiting here for hours, came with my grandparents. This is not done. They also make you sign a consent form saying that you are fine with waiting for a couple of hours (at least).

I am consulting Dr Jain since 25 years, a down to earth personality with an excellent method of diagnosing the patient, a very well experienced eye specialist in Central India, very well recommended

In today's capitalism age,Your fee is very low, which is helpful to general people. And also observed very sincerity in eye testing. I am very thankful to you for your devotion. Many many thanks Sir.

Great doctor with good hospitality with latest equipments system but one thing is that you stand for long queue with more than 2 hrs….

Good doctor but services are outdated type. Nobody checked the current power of my eyesight and for the lens of my spectacles whether there is any change in my power or not even if I had paid full amount for my new consultation at the clinic! The doctor just checked my eye health and prescribed some medicines. That’s it. Check up by doctor is okay. This clinic can be avoided. Waiting time is there after appointment however it is written on a poster inside the clinic that you have to wait after your appointment is fixed. Overall 2.5/5.

It was a satisfying experience once again, as it has been each time. Since 2017, I've been going to the doctor. After taking an appointment you might have to wait for 1-2 hours which is already told to you. The sitting arrangement could have been better for patients in waiting area, just to say, I guess.

Via this review, I would like to bring this matter into cognizance of Dr. Pradeep, that though he treats his patients well, but when it comes to management part of clinic, it is really pathetic. When we as a patient call to take appointment, they apathetically and proudly say that it will take 3-4 hours of free sitting and here every patients wait for so long, from the given time you visit to the clinic, without taking into regards or care about patient's time and distance. It is true that a patient needs a doctor but at the same time it is vice-versa. My concern is why it can't be bring down to 1 hour time, giving right appointment time and proper management and one more thing management person should learn how to be compassionate and they can do it, by observing their leader itself. I hope my words, would be taken into regards. Thanks,
