Nice service and staffs are super polite

Very poor management. No one to attend customer. You have to find frames yourself. After selecting frames, they will keep calling each other and customer will keep on waiting. Even local stores provide a better customer experience. Left without buying anything but no one came to stop. Very poor experience. Not recommended.

I recently visited a Lenskart store Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the experience. The eye checkup was professional and efficient, and I felt confident with the results. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and assisting us in choosing the right frames. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a nice ambience, which made the visit pleasant. They offer a wide selection of spectacles and glasses, so finding something that suited our style was easy. I also took advantage of their buy-one-get-one-free offer through my Lenskart gold membership, which was a great deal. The only downside was that I found the pricing of the glasses a bit high, even with the discount. Overall, though, it was a good experience, and I would rate it 4.6 out of 5.

Such a nice and wonderful staff and service is so great specially i wanna mention Miss. Madhuri’s name from lenskart GE road outlet in from of RK college raipur she was very great because i came here to repair my glasses but bought two more glasses, she give us very good suggestions and served us so nicely great job ☺️☺️
