When lenskart says it's lifetime free service it's is life time free truly I lost my case but they give me in free

I recently visited Lenskart store  located at turning point, Shankar Nagar Raipur.. I had a very good and positive  experience The staff was polite and very helpful throughout the process. Very good showroom with varites of glasses 🕶️🤓... They have Varieties of glasses, sunglasses, spec etc . Overall, it went well, and I appreciate their service.

The store has great designs and variety.. had great experience Harshita assisted us through out our purchase.. she helped us choosing our spects really well.. great work.. very happy..

There were no good shades the staffs were very very rude they made me wait 45 min there just for a test like what are u doing backthere come on lenskart u have to improve this

LensKart has very non customer friendly policy not allowing customer to order with partial payment, earlier this was not the case. We are moving away from LensKart to good quality differnt companies.
