Preksha Eye Yoga

I am from Kerala. I was totally unaware of correction of eyes other than through surgical procedures. It was a quick decision to visit the Preksha eye yoga centre in Delhi and I attended the sessions for 28 days and the results were amazing. It was pure magic for a person who was unable to read the eye testing chart from a distance of 3 meter in day 1 to being able to see and read the last line from 6 meter distance in a matter of two weeks. There is a reduction of -1.25 dioptres in both my eyes. I am grateful to Kailas sir and the friendly staff and for the right environment for doing the exercises.

Very good results. My son's glasses power when we joins here was minus 7 and it reduces to minus 4 within 3 months. Although it's very difficult to come daily but we will definitely continue. I was having 6/9 vision but after attending classes here for 7-8 days only I was able to read 6/6 both eyes and also cleared my airforce medicals. They guide you and check if exercises are being done properly. Guidance of diet is also provided .I Got rid of my Glasses in a month (-1.25). you will get results quicker by going to center.
