The HiTech Eye care Centre is one of the best eye care centre I have experienced, the staff & Dr. Nipin Garg is one of the best in his field, the ground staff is so polite, cooperated & very well behaved. I have got both the eyes cataract surgery done from the centre & totally satisfied with the treatment, the eyesight post surgery is perfect & I am enjoying my full eyesight.

Extremely bad experience during second cataract surgery of my mother . Staff is very rude , Unprofessional and arrogant. Even I have already provided initial approval in one day in advance which they asked for less amount by their mistake , and also due to their wrong billing and additional charge, queries were raised by insurance company and we have to chase hospital team to respond timely. Even they were not bothering about approval and not informed us. Doctor was not ready to speak. Hospital staff put a condition strongly that we will not dischage until you deposit the differential amount of initial approval and final bill. Finally I have to speak with insurance company and provided excess approval for Rs.2500/- then they ready to discharge. The additional amount they want from us, they attached one extra bill and claimed from insurance company.
