Worst Experience Ever – Stay Away! If you value your money, time, and sanity, DO NOT step into Lens View in Dwarka Mor! I went there because my frame was broken on one side, hoping to buy a new one. Instead of helping me, the so-called "staff" (a clueless and unprofessional lady) managed to break the other side too! Now, here’s the real kicker—she didn’t even bother to sell me a new frame! No apology, no compensation, NOTHING. Just a straight-up "Not my problem" attitude. So basically, I walked in with a half-broken frame and walked out with no frame at all. She literally made my situation worse and didn’t care one bit. For someone with high power like me, being left without glasses is a NIGHTMARE. But guess what? That lady couldn’t care less! The lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service is beyond disgusting. This place should be shut down for treating customers like garbage. If you enjoy getting your belongings destroyed for free and being treated like a nobody, then by all means, visit Lens View. Otherwise, RUN in the opposite direction and find a real optician who actually knows what they’re doing. Absolutely disgraceful. 0/5 stars.
