I had a great experience at Mohan Eye Institute. The staff was professional, the doctors were knowledgeable, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend for quality eye care..

Make sure you always take it in writing or record all calls made by one of their 4 receptionists, they seem all friendly on the outside but run a huge scandal when it comes to appointments. They will give you appointments verbally and when you do come on the date and time on the appointment, very conveniently they will tell you "oh sorry we don't have anything on our diary" It doesn't matter to them from how far you have come or if you are a post operative care patient, for them money reigns. They are also very egoistic and would never accept their mistake and put all the blame on you by saying " we got a call from you this morning, YOU rescheduled it" and on asking for a proof they will change the story to "we just sent a voice note, never gave you an appointment" CHOOSE WISELY everyone! There are much better places to take your loved ones and elderly people where they REALLY ACTUALLY CARE!

I Had visited Mohan eye Institute for my Father in law's cataract surgery. Both eyes were operated and he is feeling very good. The doctors are amazing specially Dr Rajiv Mohan is very caring, They make the patient very comfortable. The staff are very supportive and all tests are done in an organized way.. Everyone from reception to technicians and nurses are very helpful, They answered all queries politely. I would recommend this hospital for all kinds of eye problems..

Very bad experience in mohan eye institute specially with Sanjeev mohan they don't have knowledge how to treat with patient rudely behaviour and I got tests done for Rs. 11,000, on that day they had the date for laser and Sanjeev Mohan was not available on the laser date and since that day till today I have not received a single call from their side, they have just made a business of taking money, first of all you should learn knowledge about how to treat the patient and his family, it was a very useless experience, I can't visit again with Sanjeev Mohan.

Outstanding experience, Very nice doctors with polite staff. Cleanliness was well above industry standards along with appropriate equipments. The payment and claims was smooth as was the paperwork.

I got treated for cataract surgery performed by Dr Sanjiv Mohan. It was a hastle free surgery with proficiency and good care. Parents and my in laws always prefer this Institute over all other. I highly recommend it to all you readers of this post. Rajendra Kumar OPD no 11817

Subject: Complaint Regarding Dr. Sanjeev's Behavior at Mohan Eye Clinic. I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of Dr. Sanjeev during our visit to Mohan Eye Clinic.My father traveled 500 kilometers from our hometown to Delhi by train for a routine eye check-up. We paid a consultation fee of ₹2000, expecting professional care and a satisfactory experience. Unfortunately, our experience was far from acceptable. Dr. Sanjeev displayed rude and unprofessional behavior throughout the consultation. He did not listen to a single question we had regarding my father’s condition and instead focused only on his own statements, leaving us unsatisfied and unheard. Additionally, I was shocked to witness him shouting at patients for trivial matters, such as asking them not to cross their legs while sitting on the hospital bench. This behavior is entirely inappropriate and unbecoming of a doctor entrusted with patient care. We chose your clinic based on its reputation for quality care, but this experience has left us deeply disappointed. I hope you will address this matter promptly to ensure that no other patient has to face such treatment in the future.

The receptionist was too rude (suman). Doesn’t know how to speak with patients. Very unprofessional.
