The shop is one amongst many optical shops on the streets including frameskart, Lenskart, Centre for Sight, Bonton and TitanEye. What distinguishes the shop is their very aggressive pricing and speed of order fulfilment vis-à-vis the competition. However, they could improve their after sales attitude. That’s where they tend to overcharge and cover the difference in pricing. I bought two pairs of prescription glasses with non branded frames for ₹1400/- and they gave delivery of the order on the same day. However, when I got the lenses changed for an existing pair apart from getting a replacement frame for one of the new pairs (boy managed to break it almost immediately) they charged ₹940/- which doesn’t quite add up vis-à-vis the original order. Felt a bit short changed. If one ignores such petty, slick moves then they are reasonable in pricing
