Very bad repair service. Simplest of parts like the watch mirror is not available and is ordered on request which would take atleast 15 to 20 days. If such is the after sales service why should one buy it from Titan. It's the 3rd time a watch is repaired in 15 to 20 days due to unavailability of parts.. Very poor after sales service.
