I had purchased spectacle and after one month i visited uttam nagar store many time for fixed spec alignment, due to specs alignment broken and not fixed it, they said they will not replace or change the frame. Very bad service provided by them.
Pathetic customer service, their staff is has attitude issues and does not even accept their mistakes which they have caused. Lenskart is far better
I would recommend Titan Eye care for best eye testing and frames. It is treat to your precious eyes. Staff is well trained their hospitality is commendable. Kudos goes to store manager and staff.
