Great experience at Titan world in Vegas. Sahil helped us find a nice ceramic watch for my mom! Highly recommend.
VERY POOR customer service. Only good in selling items to show profit to the company. ACTUALLY ZERO STAR NOT EVEN ONE Got a Specs made. Lens was cut smaller than the size of the frame. Lens became loose in few days time. They would twist and tighten the frame to make the lens fit in. in the bargain specs cannot be folded and kept in the box. They are not willing to replace the lens. Got it checked in other Titan Eye shop. All of them agreed that the size of the lens is small. The specs is very inconvenient to wear because of awkward size and unable to store properly in the box. Feedback being given to customer feedback whenever I am asked to but they also are totally silent. Customer service is only "Dlkhawa" AVOID since they will ditch you even after the faulty items.

I really like the frame and it was not that much expensive because whatever the variety I wanted, I got it.
I really had a very bad experience. Purchased specs of Ted baker and the sales person was Rohit. He promised to deliver within 3-4 days but actually took more than 10 days to deliver my product. The color is faded of the case received. This was my first purchase in premium section and titan eye made my experience worst.
