Excellent eye hospital of India. Super speciality facilities are available. Excellent Doctors. Excellent staff. Excellent Waiting lobbies. Excellent Que management system. Equipped with the latest medical equipment. Green building with a flow of fresh air and sunlight. Very neat and clean rooms. Sufficient parking facilities. Fully automated systems. Good location. Good accessibility.

Think twice before visiting here. The doctor was very casual and did not paid enough attention to my issue. The wait time was more than an hour. Per visit they charge you 900/- plus the medicine costs are also a hole in ur pocket. The doctor asked me to visit again for a follow up after 7 days if the issue persist. I called for an appointment after 7 days and the lady who answered the call said that the appointment charges will be 700/- cause I am visiting after 3 days . For free appointment I have to visit within 3 days. If this is the case why the doctor asked to visit after 7 days? She could have informed the same on the first visit only. They are only a money making place not a genuine place. Visit a local eye doctor chamber rather than this hospital.

In ground floor reception , the staff are congenital in nature. My first appointment with Dr Raghav Malik and second appointment with Dr Gujral. Both are sincere , helpful and given answer of all my queries whenever comes in my mind. Dr Gujral observation about xrays priceless to me. Staff in xrays room (apology forget proper name of this room).All are young ones , guide the patient properly.My best wishes for their future. Overall very good experience but in cafeteria need improvement saw many peoples turn down coz patients comes from different sector. Pls take care.

I had a disappointing experience at Centre for Sight, Dwarka Sector 9. My mother’s cataract surgery was done here, but it felt more like a money-making scheme than proper medical care. The doctor insisted on operating on the right eye first, even though the left eye had worse cataracts and lower vision. Later, I realized this was a strategy to push expensive lenses. They didn’t inform me in advance that a toric lens would be needed for the left eye due to its cylindrical number. Instead, they pressured me into choosing costly foreign-brand lenses, leaving me with no real choice. Transparency and patient care should come first, but here, it’s all about business. Not recommended!

I have an eye condition called DME due to Diabetes. For my treatment I was looking for a good Retinal specialist in Dwarka. I checked upon the Centre of Sight and found very good references. I took an appointment with Dr. Puja Bansal and have been under her treatment for the last one month. I have undergone requisite procedures and am getting better. I would recommend people needing eye care to go to CoS and get the requisite treatment. They have very professional teams to handle your issues.

I have been taking treatment in this hospital for last 2/3 years. I am very satisfied with the overall procedures. Staff is very cooperative and polite. Doctors are also very efficient. Place is very neat and clean.

State of the art facility and very experienced doctors especially Dr Gaganjeet Gujral. Very humble and courteous staff . TPA desk guy Nitin sir goes out of the way in getting pre-approval and final amount. Keep up the good work.

I have been going to this hospital for sometime past for the treatment of my father, but what I have felt that they have devised a very complex system of bill generation. There are only two bill desks for huge number of patients. I took appointment for test at 11 am and reached hospital around 10. 37, but billing process took around more than half an hour making the clock at 1130. Now the test receptionist is saying that you have come late, your test will start after waiting for two hours. When I explained that this late is attributable to hospital's billing system, staff get rude and do not hear. All the staff are very rude and unfriendly and forget about the patient. The feeling of the hospital is as though it were semi government hospital. Though India has such huge population that all the hospital are jammed with people and patients have no way to have any kind of leverage over the hospital system.
