Never try to visit this shop you will definitely highly dissatisfied by this optical shop. If you found out any mistake done by them in your specs glasses then you are the one who will suffer the quality of specs glasses because they really don't want customer satisfaction even if you are there customer from last 10 years. And will never correct there mistake in one go you have to go there 2-3 times. Last but not least they will make lots of excuses to hide there mistake. You are the one who will bear the mistakes done by them. I would love to to give zero star rating to this.

Went here to purchase blue cut glasses but the behaviour of senior age salesman was very bad. And after he got the money from me when I agreed on the lenses and frame his rude behaviour got even worst to the point when I asked him a simple question why these lenses aren't yellow he just said - " mai nahi samjha sakta, chasme pile thodi hote hai. Isse jyada mai nahi janta ".I would suggest find a better optician if you are someone experienced and don't want a mediocre "kamchalau" product.

They are our family opticians. They were optician to my grandmother, my parents, me and my brother a nd now to our respective spouses and teenage children. So much is the faith in them that my brother in US still looks up to them for service and no one else. Expert, reliable and trustworthy opticians who go at lengths to make you comfortable.

Still my best place for glasses,for more than 30 yrs,,,owners are very sweet, family like treatment, Qualified, knowledgeable,,,,full range of Indian & imported frames, glasses at reasonable prices
